It is once again time to renew membership with the Oregon Fire Service Office Administrators (OFSOA). Membership for OFSOA expires annually on June 30th. Please follow the instructions below to renew today!

OFSOA Membership Renewal Instructions
Login (if you aren’t already)
Fill in the form (please update incorrect or missing information)
Hit the “Print this Page” (it is your Invoice) button at the bottom of the form.
Hit the Submit button to finish your renewal
Turn your invoice into your Accounts Payable for payment. NOTE: Please make sure to include your member name(s) on the check.
Your username and password: If you do not have it or have forgotten it, click on the blue "Forgot Username/Password?" link at the bottom of the login pop-up window. You then enter your email, and the system will send you your login information.
New Email Address: If your current email is not in the system yet, your username is not working, or your membership lapsed last year, then please notify membership so updates can be made. Once updates are made, membership will advise you so that you can try again.
Print Issues: If you forgot to print your Invoice before submitting it – log back into the renewal form and print from your browser.
If you cannot print your Invoice, please contact our treasurer, and they will email you an Invoice.
Dues: 2021/2022 Annual Membership Dues are $40
