OFSOA is governed by a Board of Directors that includes the Executive Board and the Standing Committee Chairs.

All positions serve 2-year terms, Executive Board positions are elected positions and both Standing and Subcommittees are appointed positions.

The President position requires at least 1-year on the Executive Board. All other Executive Board positions, other than President, require at least 1 year of membership with OFSOA.

Standing Committee Chairs are appointed for 2-year terms in the year the President is elected.
